A celebration of Jim's life will take place at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday 8th December at 12 noon.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers can be made via the Donate button or via a collection at the Crematorium with all proceeds going to St Benedicts Hospice for their loving care they gave to Jim and his family during his final days.
As the chapel is limited to 30 mourners only, Jim's service will be live streamed, details on how to watch the service are below.
